Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Duchesne, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,130-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The bid documents for this project include drawings and specifications prepared by KMA Architects and Geotechnical Engineering Study prepared by CMT Earthtec Engineering. The project's general scope of work consists of the new construction of a new high football field and stadium that includes a press box. General site work improvements consist of preparing the site for concrete and asphalt paving, and new utilities including drainage, stormwater, and electricity. New site elements including irrigation and landscaping. Subcontractors will carefully and thoroughly review the bid documents; satisfying themselves as to the nature and location of the work and the character, quality, quantities of materials and difficulties that may be encountered, the kind and extent of equipment and other facilities needed for the performance of the work and any other items which may affect the work or its performance prior to submitting their proposal. *Addendum 1 and 2 have been released.
