Renovation of a mixed-use development in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and office development.
Central Services Office Building Blind Installation SCOPE OF WORK - The Contractor shall provide the materials and labor for the installation of 2" Avalon Fauxwood blinds as shown on the attached floor plans (1st & 2nd floors) and specifications. The building is undergoing an HVAC upgrade at this time. The contractors may visit the project on their own. There will not be a pre-bid conference. Once awarded, the Contractor shall field measure each window before ordering. Installation time may vary and must be coordinated with the Prime Mechanical Contractor and CCS Project Manager
