Renovation of a mixed-use development in Hilo, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and swimming pool.
Contractors shall arrange for an appointment by calling the Technical Representative on any normal working day, Monday through Friday, after 9:00 a.m., but not later than 4:00 p.m. The project shall in general consist of, but is not limited to, replacing existing pool circulation pump and modifying existing piping and pump enclosure as required to accommodate new pump and piping requirements; replace existing pool return shutoff valve with new and provide new shutoff valve with Twrench extension; replace existing pool water liquid chlorination system, pH buffering system, and chemical controller; new salt water chlorine generation system and automated salt water feed system; concrete; painting; metal fabrications; plumbing; electrical; and miscellaneous related work.
