As of December 28, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Scope of Work:the project includes, but is not limited to,replacement of pier decking, wooden stringers, concrete caps, metal roofing, roofing structure, wooden handrail, and stainless-steel hardware, along with repairing concrete and installing riprap along the jetty. The work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and layout. All work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications required to complete the repairs Ken Combs Pier due to Hurricane Zeta including the mitigation improvements. Only answers transmitted in this manner will be considered official and valid. No negotiations, decisions, or actions shall be initiated by any bidder as a result of any verbal discussion. The City is NOT responsible for bids which are mailed to the wrong address or which arrive in the mail after the designated bid opening time.
