The Riverside County Department of Waste Resources is soliciting quotations for quarterly scheduled preventive maintenance and repair of the existing HVAC units at the locations specified in Section 12.0 below and as detailed in this RFQ. In the event maintenance, service, and support for additional HVAC units is required, the County reserves the right to add additional equipment or delete and replace equipment of a similar nature to those units detailed in this RFQ to the awarded contractor's current agreement. Bidders must have a current HVAC C-20 Contractors license issued by the California State License Board (CSLB) and current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) in order to bid on public works projects. Proof of registration and current license will be required along with quote submittal.
