This call for tenders consists in particular in carrying out annual inspections, hydrostatic tests, service calls for filling and work on fire extinguishers, hoses and fire cabinets and in supplying new or replacement extinguishers, when necessary, to ensure their compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Contract start date: November 2022 Contract end date: November 2024 The SERVICE PROVIDER will be asked to provide with its bid, proof of its license, category 13.2 or 13.3, issued by the Regie du batiment du Quebec. Summary description of the options Renewal Option : One (1) one (1) year renewal option . Option to provide additional services: The contract is for a firm two-year period, i.e. 2022-2023 and 2023-2024, with the possibility of one (1) year extension. The extension year is at the discretion of the PUBLIC BODY and it must be under the same terms and conditions as the last year, i.e. 2023-2024. Bid bond and performance bond: no bond required.
