Project Type RFP (Request for Proposal) Response Types Response File General Attachment General Attachment General Attachment Type of Award Lump Sum Pre-Bid Meeting No Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 10/25/2022 5:00 PM (PDT) The City of Richmond is seeking a highly qualified business to perform Intrusion and/or Fire Alarm System maintenance and repair services for 41 facilities throughout the City or Richmond that are currently alarmed. It is the intent of the City's Department of Infrastructure Maintenance and Operations to solicit an RFP and award all services to a single service provider. The intent of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select the most qualified company who can provide services as outlined in this document. Although price is a consideration, credentials, qualifications, responsiveness, and the ability to provide a high level of services will be given the highest consideration. The City seeks to enter into a three year contract with an option to renew the contract for an additional two years. The City may add Intrusion and/or Fire Alarm Systems to other City facilities at a future date.
