University of Cincinnati Pavailion Roof Replacement A. Base Bid: 1. Remove fully adhered EPDM roofing system and existing ballast where it has been added to prevent billowing at where membrane is delaminated, and install new SBS modified bituminous membrane roofing system and flashings at main roof, mechanical equipment screen wall area, and penthouses. 2. At the sixth-floor terrace, remove and salvage existing pavers and pedestal system, remove existing thermoplastic roofing system, install new SBS modified bituminous membrane roofing system and flashings, and reinstall pedestals and pavers. B. Alternate: At the sixth-floor terrace, provide new thermoplastic membrane roofing system and flashings in lieu of SBS modified bituminous membrane roofing system to be included in the Base Bid.
