As of December 20,2022, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on December 20,2022. Project scope of work includes but not limited to asbestos abatement, removal of existing roofing materials down to deck, replacement and repair of wood soffit and fascia, supply and installation of new modified bituminous roof system with associated trims, gutter & downspout, priming and painting. The County of Wayne shall not be held responsible for the completeness or accuracy of any bid documents received by a vendor that were not directly issued to that vendor by the Purchasing Department. Any vendor submitting a bid based on incomplete or inaccurate information resulting from documentation received from any third party, shall not have cause for relief from award or completion of a contract in accordance with the official documents on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.
