Provide and install one partition wall on the north side of the reception area. This wall will need electrical and data port outlets. Provide and install the second partition wall on the back south side of the reception area. Two doors provided by the City will be installed in this wall. Provide and install two hollow doors upstairs in "The Loft" to replace the doors that will be moved downstairs. Finishes must be done to match the current finishes. A bid bond for five percent (5%) of the base bid must be included with the bid. A one hundred percent (100%) payment and performance bond shall be provided. Proof of general liability insurance in the amount of two million dollars ($2,000,000.00) and workers' compensation as required shall be provided. The City of Peculiar shall be named as an "other insured" on the binder.
