Renovation of a residential development in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The Kent County Purchasing Division is soliciting [bids quotations proposals] for contractors on multiple residential projects at 215 58th St SE, Kentwood, MI 49548. The project is funded by Kent County Community Development Block Grants ("CDBG"). Inquiries Deadline Date & Time (local) 10/18/2022, 2 PM Project to be completed within 90 days of Notice to Proceed. The scope includes multiple projects. One or multiple may be selected for award; please provide line-item pricing by project. Respondent must submit the Bid Bond with Response Form if required. The County reserves the right to request actual material quotes or invoices at time of bid submission and award if the Respondent requests to adjust the price. Industry issuance price increase announcements will not be accepted as documentation for any price adjustment.
