This bid security must be produced in one of the following forms: a) a bond issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.15 hereof, which must comply with the provisions of the model bid bond reproduced in Appendix 4.01A of the Bid Form. Submission. b) a certified cheque, money order or bank draft, made payable to the PUBLIC BODY. c) an irrevocable letter of guarantee issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.15 hereof, which must comply with the requirements of the model "Irrevocable Letter of Guarantee" reproduced at appendix 4.01B of the Bid Form.
