Question Deadline: Tue Oct 18, 2022 11:59:00 PM (EDT) The City of Hamilton requires a qualified and experienced firm to provide Bids for a scrap metal recycling service. The Successful Bidder will provide placement of scrap metal bins, collection, removal, sorting, processing, and reimbursement for scrap metal collected at various facilities within the City of Hamilton. There is no bid security, performance security or labour and material payment security required for this Revenue Generating Request for Tenders. There are no scheduled site meetings for this Revenue Generating Request for Tenders. In accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code, Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2001 (ODA) and Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA), the City of Hamilton will accommodate for a disability, ensuring full and equitable participation throughout the bid process. If a Bidder requires this Revenue Generating Request for Tenders in a different format to accommodate a disability, the Bidder must contact the Procurement Specialist as soon as possible and in any event prior to the closing date. The Revenue Generating Request for Tenders in the different format will be issued only to the requesting Bidder and all Addenda will be issued in such different format only to the requesting Bidder.
