IDA reserves the right to cancel this Request for Proposal or reject any or all proposals received. All questions regarding the proposal process or the technical content of the RFP shall be addressed at the pre-proposal meeting. The scope of work is as defined in this RFP and related Project Documents, including the Preliminary Plan as prepared by Appalachia Design Services, Inc. ("ADS"). All Remodel-Builders submitting a proposal must quote on all the work required to complete the final design. Please refer to Appendix C to see the items required for completion of this project. The sprinkler system, fume hood, and compressed air system requirements and quotes will be provided to all Remodel-Builders requesting RFPs for this project. These three projects are currently being quoted by required vendors. These three quotes will be included in the final project proposals without additional cost associated to the supplied quotes. All necessary permits required are the responsibility of the Remodel-Builder. During the construction phase, the Remodel-Builder shall be required to implement the approved drawings and specifications, providing all labor, materials, supervision and other services as may be necessary to accomplish the Project
