The current Certificate of Responsibility Number of the bidder shall appear on the outside of each sealed envelope containing a proposal, said envelope being plainly marked "PROPOSAL FOR BASEBALL FIELD LIGHTING REPLACEMENT - PEARL RIVER COMMUNITY COLLEGE - POPLARVILLE CAMPUS". Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in an amount equal to 5% of the bid, payable to Pearl River Community College as bid security. A Payment and Performance Bond and Builders Risk Insurance in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price shall be required of the successful bidder.
