Gillette West 2022 CBM Orphan Well Project Questions: Shall be submitted through Public Purchase by 2:00 p.m., on October 21, 2022. Questions submitted after the deadline may not be considered. It is the bidder/proposer's responsibility to monitor Public Purchase for answers to questions, addenda, award information or other additional information related to the solicitation. The expected completion date for the Gillette West 2022 CBM Orphan Well Project is December 31, 2023. Bids must provide affirmative confirmation that the contractor is capable of completing this project by this date. The projected start date is December 1, 2022. Modification to the projected start date and completion date may be negotiated at the time of contract execution based on other projects the bidder may have with the WOGCC or for other good cause and if agreeable to both parties.
