WRITTEN QUESTIONS DUE October 13, 2022 RESPONSES TO QUESTIONS POSTED October 14, 2022 CONTRACT COMMENCEMENT December 8, 2022 All questions will be answered portal Massport utilizes the current service / products provider primarily for Description: Parts and Repairs to Electrical Motors Agreement Term: The Authority intends to enter into one or more Purchase Order(s) for the Scope of Service The term of the Purchase Order(s) for shall be three (3) years with two (2) one (1) year renewal options to extend. The Authority reserves its rights with regard to earlier termination of the Purchase Order in accordance with the terms therein. Current Location(s) for this bid: Logan International Airport - Facilities The list of items provided in the Attachment List Section is not inclusive. Other items maybe added or deleted during the term of the contract. The Contractor is responsible for disassembling equipment to determine the repair that is needed and reassembling the equipment after the repair is completed and returned to Massport in working order. The Contractor must have a Machine shop. The contractor should be able to provide the following services: Electric Motor Repair Dynamic Balancing Harmonic Analysis Pump sales and Rebuilding Rewind, overhaul, machine end bells, new bearings, assemble, test, deliver for 125 hp 1800 rpm ODP Service and parts will be ordered as needed. Pick up and delivery charges should be included in the prices. The Authority reserves the right to add or remove locations at its sole discretion during the term of the resulting Agreements.
