The City of Fort Worth is seeking responses to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified firms to perform surveying services. The City has a budget of $3,000,000 for this project. Contracts may be awarded to up to six qualified firms Each contract may be issued for up to a five (5) year collective term. The selection of up to six most highly qualified firm(s) will be based upon demonstrated competence, detailed credentials and qualifications as set forth in this solicitation. Responses that do not comply with the requirements of the RFQ may, at the City's sole discretion, be deemed non-responsive. The City has a strong preference for Firms that perform boundary, topographic, geodetic, cadastral, construction, GIS, as-constructed, record drawing and all other necessary surveying tasks, as specified by the City. The services may be requested by the City of Fort Worth on a project-to-project basis, which may require from one day to several years to complete, or on an individual, task order basis. Requests for information/clarification must be submitted in writing by email to the address above. No telephone or in-person inquiries will be accepted. Requests must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on October 21, 2022. Administrative Contract Execution / NTP 2-Dec-22 Anticipated Contract Award by City Council Dec 2022 or Jan 2023 SOQs that do not meet the requirements outlined in this RFQ may be deemed nonresponsive by the City and the proposer may be rejected. The City also reserves the right to waive informalities found in this RFQ or in responses and continue with evaluations or negotiations. The City of Fort Worth implemented the Business Equity Ordinance to reflect the City's availability and disparity study findings. All proposers shall note that it is the policy of the City to ensure the full and equitable participation of Business Equity Firms, certified minority and women owned business enterprises (M/WBEs), in the procurement of services $100,000.01 or more.
