Briefly, the work of the RFP includes conducting an assessment of the water and sewer infrastructure systems for three different parks within Lane County. The feasibility study will result in a thorough report encompassing a review of the three park locations, within scope for this project, an evaluation of the sites to determine the water and sewer infrastructure needs and cost estimates for replacing or refurbishing the system. The contract will be for a six month period from January 1, 2023 through July 1, 2023. There will be a pre-proposal meeting held prior to the date proposals are due, where contractors and potential bidders can confirm details of the project with the owner. This will take place one week prior to the date proposals are due and will be conducted as a hybrid meeting with in person and online attendance options. The County may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed proposal procedures, requirements, rules, or laws, and may reject for good cause any and all proposals upon the County's finding that it is in the public interest to do so. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
