Site work and paving for a road / highway in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Project Location. Interstate Route H-1, MP 15.75 to MP 19.10 Qualified civil engineering firms to provide Construction Management (CM) Services for Interstate Route H-1 Airport Viaduct Improvements, Vicinity of Valkenburgh to Middle Street, Phase 3, District of Honolulu, Island of Oahu, Federal-Aid Project No. NH-H1-1(273). The contract will be a Time and Materials Contract, in accordance with 3-122-140, HAR. A contract time of performance of 19 months, and a budget of $2,600,000.00 is anticipated. Information for the subject project may be viewed under "Files". SCOPE OF SERVICES Assist the Hawaii State Department of Transportation's (HDOT's) Highway Division in construction management services for this project. Project may require day, night, and weekend work. STAFFING NEEDS HDOT requires the Consultant to provide one construction manager (equivalent to a State Highways Engineer V), one field engineer (equivalent to a State Highways Engineer III), three construction inspectors (equivalent to a State Highways Construction Inspector IV) and one field clerk on a full-time basis, and one construction scheduler on a part-time basis to assist the Highways Division during the construction of this project. The above is an estimate of the required manpower. The State reserves the right to adjust the manpower requirements as necessary during the project duration. Provide resumes of at least two qualified construction managers, field engineers and field clerks, five qualified construction inspectors and one scheduler that are anticipated to work on this project. REQUIRED EQUIPMENT Vehicle Cellular Phone Computer iPads with Data Plan or Mobile Wifi Color Printer/Fax/Copier/Scanner METHOD OF PAYMENT Agreed Rates of Pay for labor and vehicle. All other required equipment will be considered as an overhead expense unless otherwise allowed by the State.
