The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and other items necessary to resurface the existing paved road approximately 0.42 miles with superpave asphaltic concrete Type SP- 12.5. Ancillary activities includes traffic control program, driveway and roadway turnout construction, painted or thermoplastic pavement striping, as needed and other incidentals necessary to complete the work. The project limits extend along Bardin Ranchette Road from Bardin Road to End of Pavement. All works shall be done in conformance with all most recent FDOT UAM, most recent FDOT Temporary Traffic Control (MOT), Putnam County Public Works Department, and FDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction (or newest applicable editions). In addition, construction is to adhere to FAC regulations and is to be complete within 90 days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
