Fabricate 32 secondary super heater pendants with fitted rapper bars to be delivered on October 30, 2023. Resulting Contract would result in Blanket Order to allow City to procure spec'd Superheater Tube Panels and Optional Related Items Listed, as needed. The contract shall begin upon approval by City Council and terminate one (1) year from the date on the Value Blanket Order. Renewals or extensions shall be initiated at the discretion of the City and subject to mutual agreement. The VB may be extended for four (4) additional one-year contract periods with the total contract period not to exceed five (5) years. Pricing shall be firm for a period of 3 months from bid due date. After initial three-month period, pricing adjustments would be considered on a three-month basis, or more often, based on vendor providing back up documentation.
