Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade theater / auditorium.

The Bidder shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of this project as follows: Installation of the Embassy Theatre and Indiana Hotel 3 rd Floor Windows, including the 3 rd Floor Windows located in the East & West Light Wells all in accordance with the plans and specifications, and the bid and contract documents for the Project. No bid will be accepted from, or contract awarded to any person, firm, or corporation that is in arrears to the City, upon any debt or contract, or, who has failed to execute, in whole or in part in a satisfactory manner, any contract with the City; or, who is a defaulter as to surety or otherwise, upon any obligation to the City. No bid may be withdrawn for at least sixty (60) or fewer days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids, so as to allow the Commission to review bids before announcing award of a contract. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials, licenses, permits, power and related requirements for the complete performance of the contract work. The Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders. The Commission also reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid.
