South Summit School District (SSSD) is seeking statements of qualifications (SOQ) from firms engaged in providing architectural services doing business in the state of Utah. South Summit School District (SSSD) is seeking statements of qualifications (SOQ) from firms engaged in providing architectural services doing business in the state of Utah. Statements will be used and evaluated to create a pre-approved list of qualified architectural firms. This list will be utilized for the procurement of architect services for a period of 36 months from December 1, 2022 to December 1, 2025. In addition to general architectural services, consulting engineers will be utilized through the architectural firm to accommodate related engineering elements to include but be not limited to: Civil Engineering Landscape Design Structural Design Mechanical/Plumbing/Fire Protection Design Electrical/Audio Visual/Acoustical Design Additional consultants will be evaluated on a project-by-project basis. Statements of Qualifications for engineers may be requested by SSSD. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
