The purpose of this project is to maintain 2 city owned Cemeteries. Key components of this project include: 1. Mowing of all turf 2. Weed eating of all ditches 3. Weed eating & removal of all grass and weeds in cracks of sidewalks 4. Edging of all sidewalks 5. Weed eating of all graves 6. Edging of all copings of inside and out 7. Trimming of all trees from the ground to 6' for visibility 8. Smoothing of all dirt mounds (other than grave sites) 9. Removal of debris around all trees 10. Removal of all leaves and debris 11. Report any open graves or crypt walls 12. Ant control 13. Facilities must be contacted before removing any flowers or plants. Bid questions must be received by no later than 10/24/2022 at 12:00 PM, answers will be made public no later than 10/27/2022 at 4:30PM. All bids must include all requested work items, conform to the project standards/specifications and be responsive, accurate, and cost reasonable. The City of Covington will select the contractor to perform all work required and the contract will be executed between the City of Covington and the winning contractor. The City of Covington has the right to reject any and all bids at their sole discretion.
