Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Furnishing of all material, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary or incidental to the "Bridgeland Prairieland Village Sec 22 and Upland Meadow Crossing and Migration Way Street Dedication Water Distribution System, Non-Potable Water Distribution System, Water Well Collection System, Sanitary Collection System, Strom Drainage System, and Street Paving." Scope of Project: 1. Approx. 3,280 LF of 8-inch through 12-inch waterline and all appurtenances; 2. Approx. 1,630 LF of 12-inch non-potable waterline and all appurtenances; 3. Approx. 550 LF of 12-inch water well collection line and all appurtenances; 4. Approx. 1,840 LF of 8-inch through 24-inch sanitary sewer and all appurtenances; 5. Approx. 2,310 LF of 24-inch through 9-foot by 7-foot storm sewer and all appurtenances; 6. Approx. 10,330 SY of 6-inch and 8-inch subgrade preparation; 7. Approx. 9,650 SY of 6-inch and 7-inch reinforced concrete pavement; and 8. Approx. 5,970 LF of reinforced concrete curb. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond, a payment bond, and a maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
