The University of Toledo is a State of Ohio funded public academic institution. The University may make such investigations as deemed necessary to determine the ability of the Respondent to provide the supplies and/or perform the services specified. The University reserves the right to reject any Proposal if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, the Respondent fails to satisfy the University that the Respondent is properly qualified. This includes the University's ability to reject the Proposal based on negative references.
