Site work, paving and renovation of a civil project in West Point, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

West Point Pump Station No. 4 (Thompson Avenue) Rehabilitation (MP015100) AND Small Communities Rehabilitation Phase IV (MP014700) The Work for the West Point Pump Station No. 4 (Thompson Avenue) Rehabilitation consists of submersible pumping equipment and piping replacement, construction of a new wet well, conversion of the existing wet and dry wells to valve and instrumentation vaults, installation of gravity sewer and manholes, site improvements, retrofit of the existing control building with new electrical, control and HVAC equipment and flood protection measures. The Work for the Small Communities Rehabilitation Phase IV includes 2,100 linear feet of gravity sewer replacement/rehabilitation, point repairs, lateral replacements/rehabilitation and pavement restoration. Procedures for submitting a Bid, claiming an error, withdrawing of Bids and other pertinent information are contained in the Instructions to Bidders. HRSD reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive any informalities, or negotiate with the low bidder as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Technical questions should be submitted through HRSD electronically. Additional questions related to submitting a Bid or using the site should be directed to HelpDesk or Rebecca Ashley at rashley@hrsd.com. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid shall be submitted electronically with each Bid.
