Site work and renovation of a civil project in Roy, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
There will be no Pre-bid conference. The project consists of three schedules. Schedule One, the lift station rehabilitation, will consist of demolishing the existing lift station, replacing the lift station pumps, piping, valves, installing a new generator, upgrading the existing controls with level transmitters as the primary controls and floats as secondary controls, and upgrading the electrical. Schedule Two, the center pivot rehabilitation, will consist of installing a new 273 foot center pivot and installing a separate, dedicated electrical service for the center pivot. Schedule Three, the lagoon maintenance, will consist of replacing two, 6-inch influent valves, repairing liner holes, fixing bank sloughing, and installing an emergency bypass main.
