The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Furnish and Install Silt Fence 2. Remove Glueck Pond Outlet Control Structure 3. Install Outlet Control Structure consisting of 72" Diameter Aluminized Steel Liner Plate, 36" x 24" Prefabricated Aluminized Steel Riser, Connect to Existing 24" CMP, and Concrete 4. Cured In Place Pipe-Line of 24" Corrugated Metal Pipe 5. Install Existing Grate and Baffle on Outlet Control Structure 6. Install Rip Rap Stabilization at Pond Outlet Pipe Est. Completion Date: June 2, 2023 All questions should be submitted no later than December 2, 2022 to Katy McCann at katy.mccann@state.mn.us. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the question due date and time. This solicitation includes qualification requirements. Attachment C of the Response Form contains the qualification requirements for the solicitation. Qualification requirements include, but are not limited to: Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor or as a Subcontractor, the work for at least 2 contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since November 2019 for construction of stormwater detention pond outlets and outlet pipe stabilization. Each of these contracts MUST have had a construction value of $30,000 or greater.
