To provide professional management and construction services during design and construction of the Student Services Center Partial Renovation, Expansion & Site Work at CCBC Catonsville ("Project"). CCBC consists of three campuses and three extension centers under the administration of a President: Catonsville, 800 South Rolling Road, Baltimore, MD 21228; Dundalk, 7200 Sollers Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21222; Essex, 7201 Rossville Boulevard, Baltimore, MD 21237; Hunt Valley Center, 11101 McCormick Road, Hunt Valley, MD 21031; Owings Mills (County Campus at Metro Center), 13200 Grand Central Parkway, Owings Mills, MD 21117; and the Liberty Center, 8706 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD 21133. Two (2) projects must have attained the level of LEED Silver certification or better. 2.
