DEADLINE FOR SUPPLIER INQUIRIES: 10/20/2022 @ 14:00:00 pm It is the intent of the Commission to retain a Contractor(s) to perform miscellaneous water and sewer asset repairs located within Prince George's and Montgomery Counties, Maryland. In accordance with the latest the Commission Pipeline Design Manual, General Conditions, Standard Specifications, and Plumbing & Fuel Gas Code. Work shall include, but not be limited to, the installation, rehabilitation, replacement and/or repair of the following: 1. Cleanouts 2. Curb Boxes and Curb Stops 3. Fire Hydrants 4. Waterhouse Service Connections 5. Water Mainlines, and 6. Manholes and/or Lampholes 7. Meter Housings 8. Sewer Line Replacement and Rehabilitation 9. Valves 10. Labor Work may require the Contractor to excavate, backfill, perform temporary restoration. Working conditions of road types may consist of arterial and state roads, non-arterial county roads, non- paved areas and outfalls. All work shall be completed in accordance with ADA, State and Local Jurisdictions, OSHA, NFPA Laws and Regulations, the Maryland Underground Facilities Damage Prevention Law (Miss Utility Law), and WSSC Referenced Documents.
