Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a 94,800-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.

Project Scope: Remove and dispose of all sod (approximately 94,800 sq.ft.) in the interior of the track. Till imported topsoil, amendments and fertilizer. Grade and sod to original condition and elevation. Track and existing sprinkler system must be protected from all damage by equipment. Project must be completed in time for sod to establish roots and be capable of supporting full-time practice beginning August 1, 2023. Bids must be on the bid form and accompanied by a bid bond, with an Idaho State Licensed Surety Company, in the amount of not less than 5% of the total bid amount made payable to: Independent School District of Boise City. The bid security is to become the property of the Owner in the event the contract and bond are not executed within the time set forth, as liquidated damages for the delay and additional expense to the Owner caused thereby. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract amount will be required within 10 days after the receipt of a properly prepared Agreement between the Owner and the Contractor. Cost of bonds shall be included in contractor's bid amount. Contractors shall be licensed in the State of Idaho in accordance with the provisions of the Idaho Public Works Contractors' State License Law. Bids received after the time of opening shall not be considered, and no bidder may withdraw his bid after the hour set for the opening, or before award of purchase order unless said award is delayed. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality, or to accept the bid or bids deemed best for the Independent School District of Boise City.
