Renovation of a mixed-use development in Manor, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of December 19,2022, this project was awarded to Netsync, awarded amount $1,282,310.28. The District has implemented a new e-Procurement platform called Bonfire. Proposers will find information about using Bonfire on the District's website. All proposals must be uploaded electronically. Hard copy submissions will not be accepted. Any answers to questions and addenda will also be posted via Bonfire. The District reserves the right to reject all submissions and to waive any informalities. Proposals received after the required time will not be accepted. c. All questions regarding this invitation must be submitted in writing via Bonfire (https://manorisd.bonfirehub.com). Requests for information/interpretation must be received by 4:00 p.m. on October 13, 2022. Only questions answered by formal written addenda posted on Bonfire will be binding. d. The District designate the following person, as its representative and Point-of-Contact for this RFP.
