As of November 6, 2023, design is being finalized. An architect has been selected. General contractors have been pre-qualified by the Town of Francis. A firm timeline for bid/ construction has not been determined. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference Francis City is soliciting proposals from qualified teams of Architects orEngineers, interested in providing design development services for the New CityHall and Council Chambers located at 2317 South Spring Hollow Road, Francis,Utah.
