The Material Resources Service, through the Office of Building Maintenance and Expertise, is the administrative unit responsible for this file. A contract will be awarded to the service provider who submits the lowest price and whose bid is eligible and compliant. Term of office: The contract will be valid from date of award until April 15, 2024. The unit and lump sum prices appearing in the bid slip will be valid, firm and non-revisable for the entire duration of the contract as submitted on the bid slip.
