Alberta Central East Water Corporation (ACE) wishes to obtain proposals from qualified Proponents for the construction of a Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) Station in the NE 1/4 Sec. 34-49-2 W4M on Range Road 22 approximately 2.4 km south of Highway 16, construction of a PRV Station in the NW 1/4 Sec. 22-55-12 W4M on Highway 29 approximately 700 metres east of Range Road 123, tie-in work to the Village of Paradise Valley's (Paradise Valley) Reservoir and Pump Station in Paradise Valley, and tie-in work to the Hamlet of Duvernay's (Duvernay) Reservoir and Pump Station in Duvernay. Currently Paradise Valley uses groundwater wells for source water. ACE is constructing a new water transmission main from Blackfoot to Paradise Valley. This will require a PRV station at the location noted above. It will also require work within the Paradise Valley Reservoir and Pump Station. Currently Duvernay uses groundwater wells for source water. ACE is constructing a new water transmission main from Two Hills to Duvernay. This will require a PRV station at the location noted above. It will also require work within the Duvernay Reservoir and Pump Station. Major work items for this contract will include the following (approximation): a) Two (2) PRV Stations Including: a. Pre-Engineered Steel Building b. Underground Piping c. Access Road and Site Grading d. Interior Piping, Valves, HVAC, and Electrical and Controls e. Chain Link Fence f.
