Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Lakeside, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Town of St. Marys is looking to contract a contactor to perform painting and carpet replacement at the Municipal Operations Center. The work will include removal of the existing carpet flooring and carpet baseboard, smoothing out the subfloor and installing new Luxury Vinyl tile and vinyl baseboard in the Board Room and Office areas. Preparation and Painting of the walls throughout the Administration Area of the MOC.
