Submit all questions in writing via email to: purchasing@danvilleva.gov or in person to the City of Danville Purchasing Office 427 Patton Street Room 304, Danville, Virginia 24541. Liquidated Damages: Six Hundred {$600.00} dollars per calendar day including weekends and holidays. Bonds: 5% Bid bond; 100% performance and payment bonds. Time of Completion: "December 23, 2022". Chris Meadows, Construction Inspector Supervisor (434-799-5019 ext. 2534, meadoce@danvilleva.gov) will be the Project Manager and Engineer/Owner's designee and shall have authorities as assigned to the Engineer.
