BID Bond or a certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the price bid payable to the OWNER, must accompany each bid. Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid amount, will be required of the successful Bidder. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
