Drawings and specifications furnished by the Architect/Engineer. ESTIMATE OF COST (Base Bid): $440,000.00 Copies of the Contract Documents, together with any further information desired, may be obtained at the City of Napoleon Administration Building, whose telephone number is (419) 592-4010, during regular business hours commencing October 7, 2022. EACH BIDDER MUST BE REGISTERED AS A PLAN HOLDER WITH THE CITY OF NAPOLEON. Obtaining these documents from any other source(s) may result in obtaining incomplete and inaccurate information and may also result in failure to receive any addenda, corrections or other revisions to these documents that may be issued. [All questions should be directed to the Architect/Engineer: Chad E. Lulfs, P.E., P.S., Director of Public Works] Prevailing wage rates are applicable to the contract. Any proposed equal for a standard shall be submitted to the Engineer not later than ten (I0) days prior to the bid opening. if no addendum is issued accepting the proposed equal as an approved equal, the proposed equal shall be considered rejected. Bidders must comply with the Prevailing Wage Rates on public improvements in Henry County and the City of Napoleon, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of Labor & Worker Safety, Wage and Hour, (614) 644-2239.
