The City of Boise ("City") and Boise State University ("University") invite the development community to share ideas for the redevelopment of property in Boise's Lusk District neighborhood (the "Project"), immediately west of Boise State's campus and across Capitol Boulevard. The City and University collectively own approximately 4.7 acres (the "Property") relevant to this RFI. The University owns multiple parcels in the vicinity, all of which are programmed with various uses. The parcel included for this RFI is approximately 1.6 acres. o Parcel: S1010325815 o 855 W. Royal Boulevard The City owns approximately 3.1 acres, currently leased to low and very low-income tenants with significant barriers to securing housing on the private market. o Parcel 1: S1010325836 o 1025 S. Capitol Boulevard o Parcel 2: S1010325832 o 1028 S. Lusk Street
