Subject: The City of Scottsdale invites sealed proposals from qualified firms to contract with the city to provide video detection systems and traffic signal cabinets. This equipment will be used to enhance the capabilities of the Traffic Management Center. The city anticipates using federal funding for any resulting contract(s). Pre-Bid Meeting: Not applicable, the city is NOT holding a Pre-Bid Meeting. QUESTIONS DUE: 10:00 A.M., LOCAL TIME, OCTOBER 26, 2022 jsnow@scottsdaleaz.gov A video detection system shall be comprised of the following hardware components: a video sensor, a communications interface panel and all associated equipment required to setup and operate in a field environment including communication cables and camera mounting hardware. An optional wired input/output card shall be available for certain cabinet types. The proposed detection system shall have a minimum of 3,000 existing field deployments at signalized intersections in the United States. Shortlist Confirmed.
