The Federal Aviation Administration utilizes the Acquisition Management System (AMS) in place of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). This is request for proposal is to solicit contractors to replace the plumbing and electrical and reseal the siding for the Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) at Tulsa Riverside Airport (RVS) in Tulsa, OK. The FAA anticipates an award of a Firm-Fixed-Price contract type for this requirement. The project size for this requirement is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $3,000,000.
