On-Call Miscellaneous Electrical Services for City Facilities, Buckman Direct Diversion (BDD) and Solid Waste Management Authority (SWMA). The work may include the repair, replacement, or extension of electrical systems within, attached to or servicing building sites above ground or underground. The term of this Price Agreement shall be for one (1) year from date of award with the option to extend for a period of two (2) additional years, on a year-to-year basis, by mutual agreement of all parties at the same price, terms, and conditions. This Price Agreement shall not exceed three (3) years. Per NMSA 1978 3-1-154.1, the cap of three million dollars ($3,000,000), including all renewals, is effective for the totality of this agreement. A one million ($1,000,000) dollar cap is effective for each Contractor Purchase Orders within the Price Agreement.
