Site work and paving for a civil project in Ardmore, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and for paving for a road / highway.
The purpose of the project is to fully reconstruct 8 th Street NW with new asphalt concrete, and install an associated storm sewer system from R Street NW to M Street NW in the City of Ardmore. Each Bid must be accompanied by a BID BOND payable to the OWNER for Five Percent (5%) of the total amount of the BID. A certified check may be used in lieu of a BID BOND. PERFORMANCE, MAINTENANCE AND STATUTORY PAYMENT BONDS in the amount of 100 hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price, with a corporate surety approved by the OWNER, will be required for the faithful performance of the contract. The OWNER may waive any informalities or minor defects or reject any and all BIDS. Any BID may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of BIDS or authorized postponement thereof. Any BID received after the time and date specified shall not be considered. No BIDDER may withdraw a BID within sixty (60) calendar days following the actual date of the opening thereof.
