Site work for a mixed-use development in Cleveland, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
The provisions of 49 CFR Part 26, and 41 CFR Part 60-1, as applicable to Federal grants regarding equal employment practices and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participation are applied to these procurements. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. The last day for questions is Monday, October 31, 2022 Summary of Project: This project consists of excavating the area around the pump room and waterproofing the existing concrete wall. Inside the airport tunnel the work includes sealing cracks in the sealing with injection resin and replacing joint material. There is a damaged air duct that also needs to be repaired.
