RFQ Design - Level I and Level II Feasibility Study for the Wyoming Law Enforcement Academy Gun Ranges. The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, will be accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for a Level I and Level II feasibility study for the Wyoming Law Enforcement Academy Gun Ranges in Douglas, WY. Project Description: The Wyoming Law Enforcement Academy is asking for a Level I & Level II study to assess the facilities existing indoor and outdoor gun ranges as well as the feasibility of a new 100-300 yard outdoor long gun range on the existing campus. Firms must also comply with W.S. 33-4-101 through 33-4-117 and 33-29-401 through 33-29-602. This is not a Request for Proposals. The State of Wyoming is not obligated by this announcement to award any contract. Responding proposers may be invited to submit proposals pending the outcome of this request for qualifications. Additional information and SOQ requirements are available electronically. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
