The City of Powder Springs is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified firms for the purpose of performing a pavement conditions assessment study. All communications related to submission of a proposal, including submission of questions, must be coordinated through Kelly Axt, City Clerk, by noon EDT Friday, Oct. 21 ,2022. No bid or proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after date of bid opening, unless otherwise specified in the bid documents. Powder Springs reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and technicalities, to reject portions of the bids, and to award contracts in a manner consistent with the City and laws governing the State of Georgia.
