Sol No : MultiAwardIDIQPENN_Pre-Solicitation Project Summary This is a Multiple Award Indefinite Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that provides for an indefinite quantity of supplies or services during a fixed period. The GSA intends to multiple contracts for General Construction Services. After of the IDIQ all awardees will be provided IAW FAR 16.505(b)(1) for discrete construction projects where a task order will be issued based on selection criteria established at the ordering level, unless an exemption exists IAW FAR 16.505(b)(2). Description of Services The scope of this proposed procurement includes the provision of the following services: 1. Construction services, including, but not to: general office renovation; interior construction; exterior construction repair; general repair and alteration work; installation of new and the alteration of existing power panels; carpet and carpet tile replacement; painting; HVAC ductwork modification; modification of existing building fire sprinkler systems; plastering and plaster repair work; sidewalk repairs/replacement; asphalt/concrete paving; 2. Alteration services, including, but not to: electrical, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, mechanical, , landscaping, storm drainage, exterior restoration, waterproofing, re-pointing, cleaning, sealing, services; roofing involving installation, repair and alteration, and removal; and paving relevant to property and roads owned, leased or otherwise under the control of GSA, or other authorized Federal agencies; and other related work. 3. Additionally, work incidental to construction as well as /build work are included. Site - Construction (Feb 95) (1) The clauses at FAR 52.236-2, Differing Site Conditions, and FAR 52.236-3, Site Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work, will be included in any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation. Accordingly, Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. THIS IS A SOLICIATION FOR AN IDIQ, THERE IS NO DISCRETE SITE OR PROJECT REQUIREMENT, SITE VISITS WILL BE HELD FOR ALL FUTURE TASK ODERS ISSUED AGAINST THIS CONTRACT VEHICLE ANTICIPATED IDIQ CONTRACT ORDERING PERIODS (TO BE FINALIZED AT AWARD ON SF1442) Base Ordering Period November 01, 2023 to October 31, 2024 Option Ordering Period 1 November 01, 2024 to October 31, 2025 Option Ordering Period 2 November 01, 2025 to October 31, 2026 Option Ordering Period 3 November 01, 2026 to October 31, 2027 Option Ordering Period 4 November 01, 2027 to October 31, 2028 Option to Extend Services (FAR 52.217-8) November 01, 2028 to April 30, 2029 TASK ORDERS (1) Commencement. Unless otherwise stated in the task order, the Contractor shall commence performance of the Work within 1 days after the Contractor receives the Notice to Proceed (NTP). (2) Substantial Completion. The Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of the Work, as that term is defined in this Agreement, no later than TO BE DETERMINED AT TASK ORDER calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP). (3) Contract Completion. The Contractor shall achieve Contract Completion, as the term is defined in this Agreement, within TO BE DETERMINED AT TASK ORDER calendar days of Substantial Completion.
